Terms of Service
**These terms govern your use of balihelitransfer.com and any booking request you send us. Waypoint Aviation Bali, operated by Bali Premium Trip, is a booking and transfer-coordination agency. We arrange helicopter legs with licensed third-party AOC operators. We do not own aircraft, hold an Air Operator Certificate, or employ pilots. Using this site means you accept the terms below.**
Last reviewed as of 2026. We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your booking request applies to that request.
Who are you contracting with?
Waypoint Aviation Bali is a brand operated by Bali Premium Trip, with Juara Holding Group as publisher. Our role is narrow and we state it plainly: we coordinate point-to-point helicopter transfers between named origins and destinations across South Bali and the surrounding islands, and we pass your request to a licensed helicopter operator that holds its own Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and route permits under the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (Ditjen Perhubungan Udara / DGCA).
We are not the carrier. The flight itself is provided, operated, and controlled by the third-party AOC operator. Any figures we publish — for example a Ubud leg quoted around IDR 5,990,000 per flight, a Nusa Penida leg around IDR 6,590,000 per flight, or a Gili Islands leg around IDR 11,490,000 per flight (indicative published 2026 charter-transfer prices) — are indicative, per helicopter rather than per seat, operator-dependent, and subject to change without notice.
| Party | Role | Responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| You (customer) | Books a transfer | Provides accurate passenger, timing and payment details |
| Waypoint Aviation Bali / Bali Premium Trip | Coordination agent | Relays your request, returns operator quotes, handles booking admin |
| Third-party AOC operator | Carrier | Operates the aircraft, employs the pilots, controls flight safety and go/no-go decisions |
| DGCA / Kemenhub | Regulator | Oversees airworthiness, licensing and route permits |
What does the coordination service actually cover?
We help you request, compare and confirm a private helicopter leg — such as DPS to Uluwatu, DPS to Nusa Dua, or an inter-island hop to Lombok or the Gili Islands. We relay operator quotes, timing windows and boarding instructions.
We do not fly you anywhere ourselves, and we make no promise about the view, the specific aircraft, or the outcome of any flight. Our published time-saved comparisons (for instance, a Gili leg near 35 minutes by air versus a schedule-bound 1.5–3 hour boat-plus-transfer chain) describe typical operator conditions only. They are estimates, not guarantees.
How do quotes, bookings and payment work?
All pricing is quote-on-request and per flight. Because inventory, fuel and positioning costs shift, a quote is only firm once the operator confirms it in writing for your specific date and route.
- Request. You send passenger count, route, date and preferred window via WhatsApp or email.
- Quote. We return an operator quote, valid only for the period stated in that quote.
- Confirmation. Your booking is confirmed when the operator accepts it and any required deposit or payment clears.
- Payment. Payment terms, currency and methods are set by the operating carrier; we relay them and do not add hidden charges beyond what is disclosed.
A booking request submitted through this site is an invitation for a quote, not a confirmed seat. No flight is reserved until the operator confirms it.
What are the cancellation, weather and schedule rules?
Bali helicopter operations run daylight-only under visual flight rules (VFR) and require advance reservation, per published operator material. Weather can delay or cancel a flight, and no one — not us, not the operator — can guarantee it.
The dry season, roughly April to October, is peak and typically has the most stable conditions. Even then, the pilot-in-command and operator hold the final go/no-go decision for safety reasons, and that decision overrides any timing you and we discussed.
| Situation | Who decides | Typical outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Weather delay or cancellation | Operator / pilot-in-command | Reschedule or refund per operator terms |
| Customer cancellation | You | Operator’s cancellation policy applies |
| Operator schedule change | Operator | We relay options; operator terms govern |
| No-show | You | Usually non-refundable per operator terms |
Cancellation, rebooking and refund handling follow the operating carrier’s published terms, which we will share before you confirm. Because we are the coordinator and not the carrier, we process these on your behalf but cannot override an operator’s policy.
What are the limits of our liability?
We take our honesty obligations seriously, so we set our liability out directly. Waypoint Aviation Bali / Bali Premium Trip is liable only for the coordination service we provide — relaying requests, quotes and booking administration accurately.
We are not liable for the flight operation, aircraft airworthiness, pilot conduct, weather outcomes, delays, cancellations, injury, loss or damage arising from the flight itself. Those sit with the licensed AOC operator, which carries its own regulatory obligations and insurance under Law No. 1 of 2009 on Aviation and Government Regulation No. 3 of 2001 on aviation safety and security.
Nothing on this site is a safety record, certification, rating or review of any operator. We do not publish operator trademarks, and we never guarantee weather, schedule, availability or price. Indicative prices and time-saved figures are for planning only.
How do you handle personal data?
When you contact us by WhatsApp (6281128590000) or email (sales@balipremiumtrip.com), you share personal data — name, contact details, passenger information and travel dates — that we use only to arrange your transfer and pass to the operating carrier for that purpose.
We process this data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi, Law No. 27 of 2022 / UU PDP). For visitors from the EU and UK, we are aware of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and apply comparable care to international enquiries.
- Purpose. We use your data to quote, book and coordinate your flight, and to reply to your enquiry.
- Sharing. We share only what the operator needs to carry you, and only with the operator handling your booking.
- Retention. We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed for the service and for lawful record-keeping.
- Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing sales@balipremiumtrip.com.
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Which law governs these terms?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Aviation policy in Indonesia is set by the Ministry of Transportation (Kementerian Perhubungan / Kemenhub), with DGCA overseeing airworthiness, operations and licensing. Any dispute relating to our coordination service will be handled under Indonesian law.
Where a flight-operation dispute concerns the carrier, it is governed by that operator’s contract with you and by the aviation laws that bind AOC holders.
Forward-looking notes and disclaimers
Some things we mention about the future are clearly speculative and not confirmed. Bali transportation officials have warned that resort-area roads could face near-constant gridlock by 2027; Indonesia is reported to require 1% Sustainable Aviation Fuel on international flights from Jakarta and Bali starting 2027; and a North Bali International Airport is in planning under RPJMN 2025–2029 with no confirmed opening date. We flag these as context, not as promises about routes or availability.
