Point-to-point air transfer · South Bali & inter-island
Skip the traffic. Keep the schedule. Your Bali helicopter transfer, printed as a flight strip.
Waypoint is an independent transfer-coordination desk. We sequence licensed helicopter legs across Bali and to the islands, then hand you a clear strip: air time, the road-or-ferry time for the same route, and the hours you get back. Indicative pricing, honest timing — quote on request.
Coordination agency — we do not own or operate aircraft. Flights are flown by licensed AOC operators. No weather or schedule guarantee.

Leg Time-Reclaim Calculator · The Dispatch Strip
Pick two points. We print the strip.
Choose an origin and a destination from the real transfer network. The strip shows typical air time, the typical road-or-ferry time for the same A-to-B, and the resulting time reclaimed — plus an indicative price band as of 2026 and a button to request that exact leg. All figures are ranges and clearly indicative; no live pricing or availability.

How dispatch works
Three steps to a confirmed slot.
-
01
Request the leg
Send us your route, date and passenger count. Use the calculator strip above or message the tower directly — we reply with an indicative price and the timing window.
-
02
We confirm slot & timing
We coordinate with a licensed AOC operator, confirm the pad, the departure window and any weather buffer, then send a clear written quote. Nothing is charged until you approve.
-
03
Meet at the pad
Our meet-and-assist handles check-in and your bags at the helipad. You board, fly the vector, and land minutes from your destination — traffic and ferry queues skipped.

Every row is a money page with times, indicative pricing and how to book. Figures below are typical ranges as of 2026.
Proof instruments
What we actually promise — and what we don't.
Licensed operators only
Every leg is flown by a licensed AOC helicopter operator. Waypoint is the independent concierge that coordinates the booking — we do not own or operate the aircraft, and we say so plainly.
Fixed timing windows
You get a written departure window and the expected air time before you pay. If weather forces a hold, we tell you early and reschedule — there is no weather or schedule guarantee, and we never pretend otherwise.
Meet-and-assist
A coordinator meets you at the pad for check-in and baggage. Clear instructions on pad location, buffer against your onward flight, and a real person to reach on WhatsApp.
No fabricated ratings, reviews or awards are shown on this page. All figures are date-stamped “as of 2026”. Operator: Bali Premium Trip.
Timing FAQ
The questions dispatch hears most.

What happens if the weather holds my flight?
Helicopter flights depend on visibility and wind. If the operator calls a weather hold, we notify you as early as possible and either wait for the window to clear or reschedule the leg. Because of this we never guarantee weather or exact departure — we build a buffer into any airport connection and keep you updated on WhatsApp.
How much baggage can I bring?
Light helicopters have real weight and space limits, so baggage is confirmed per aircraft and per passenger count when we quote. As a rough guide, soft bags travel best. Tell us your bags and passenger weights up front and we size the aircraft to match — no surprises at the pad.
Where are the helipads, and how do I find mine?
Departure and arrival pads depend on the route and the operator — typically near Ngurah Rai for airport legs, plus partner pads in South Bali and on the islands. Your confirmation lists the exact pad with directions, and a coordinator meets you there for check-in.
How much buffer should I leave against a commercial flight?
For connections to or from an international flight we recommend a generous buffer — the short air time is the point, but weather and pad logistics can move a window. We plan the leg backwards from your commercial departure and flag it clearly if the timing is tight.
Are the prices on this page final?
No. Every figure here is an indicative range as of 2026, shown so you can compare routes honestly. Your final price depends on the aircraft, routing, passenger and baggage load, and date. Request the leg and we send a firm written quote — quote on request, nothing charged until you approve.
Final clearance
Tell us the two points. We'll print your strip.
Indicative price and timing back within your day. Point-to-point across South Bali and to Nusa Penida, the Gilis and Lombok.
